Do you provide nutrition guidance?
We offer general nutrition coaching and habits support. For medical nutrition plans, we can recommend a registered dietitian.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 6 hours notice to reschedule. Late cancellations may be charged as a session.
Do you offer small group training?
Yes. Small groups are available for friends or colleagues who want to train together while still getting coaching and form checks.
How do I get started?
Book a consultation, share your goals, and we will set up your assessment and first session. You can start within the same week in most cases.
What should I bring to my first PT session?
Wear comfortable training clothes, bring a water bottle, and arrive 10 minutes early for a quick intake. If you have prior injuries or medical notes, bring those too.
Do you offer beginner-friendly programs?
Yes. We start with a movement assessment and build a plan around your current fitness level, mobility, and goals so you feel confident from day one.
How often should I train with a personal trainer?
Most clients start with 2 to 3 sessions per week. We can adjust based on your schedule, recovery needs, and goals.
Can I do Personal Training if I have an injury?
In many cases, yes. We tailor sessions around your limitations and can coordinate with your physio or doctor if needed.
